Goals

Everyone needs goals. Otherwise what are you working for?

Weight stats and goals:
SW/HW: 170 lbs (1/1/11) --->  NEVER AGAIN.
CW: 148 lbs (7/25/12)

Ultimate Goal: to be happy with my myself, regardless of what the scale says

Fitness Goals:
Exercise at least one hour 5 days a week - EVERY WEEK
Run a 5K ---> Goal met 9/8/12!
Run an 8 min mile
Try one new exercise a month
Fit into a size 4-6 jeans

Lifetime Goals:
Drink at least 8-8 oz glasses of water a day 
Stop drinking soda (Not entirely but only 1/week if that!)
Take a multivitamin daily
Drink at least one cup of green tea daily
Stop eating red meat (no more beef)
Eat more fruits & veggies
Eat fewer sweets & "cheat" meals
Learn to swim
